Online Booking / Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

*Our Hotel Check-in time & Check-out time is 24hr basis.
*Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
*Cancellation within 24 hours before the check-in will attract one night retention charges.
*If cancelled 96 hours prior to the arrival date there will be 5% cancellation charges.
*If cancelled within 24 – 96hr hours prior to the check-in date, then there will be 70% cancellation charges.
